Guy W. Stillwell, R. Ph. President
Guy Stillwell has been involved in the pharmacy industry since 1985, after graduating from the University of Kentucky. His first position was as a staff pharmacist for an independent owner/operator, where he practiced for 7 years. He has since built on his beginning experiences in independent pharmacy, and has become an industry leader in operational excellence and exit strategy planning. Most recently, Guy was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Pharmacists Association. The majority of his expertise results from work in the independent and small chain community pharmacy industry, both as an employee and as a former sole owner of five pharmacies. During his career he has helped hundreds of pharmacies operationally and assisted major chains and corporate accounts through his consulting practice. Considered a success in the practice of pharmacy, through differentiating the pharmacy practice from the “front-end retail”, and driving a profitable clinically based practice, Guy can provide you solutions to an ever-changing competitive landscape in community pharmacy. His experience in buying and selling pharmacies has not only been through the operation of his own corporations, but also as a Vice President of Development for a major chain. Between his work as an independent pharmacist, consultant, and corporate positions, he has been involved in hundreds of pharmacy transactions, and has performed valuation analysis on countless pharmacy operations. Guy’s ability to combine his personal experience as an owner, who has bought and sold pharmacies, coupled with his chain pharmacy background makes him incredibly valuable to you as a buyer or seller. |
